What metals are your coins made from?
Our custom challenge coins are made from a zinc alloy, and can be coated in any of the following metals of your choice – polished gold, silver, copper or brass; antiqued gold silver, copper or brass; and black nickel.
I have an existing challenge coin design I want to repeat. Can you do that?
Sure. As long as you have the rights to reproduce it, we can do that. The absolute best way to duplicate a coin that you already have on you, is to mail us a copy of the coin, or submit high resolution picture of the coin to us via email so that we can accurately depict the style and options of the coin you're looking to copy.
I have a great idea for a challenge coin, but I'm no artist. Can you help?
Sure can. We have a staff of talented, award-winning graphic artists. We’ll listen to you, an artist will create your design and send you a no-obligation proof. Because our art and design service is free, you can revise it until it’s exactly the way you want it. Once you approve it, we’ll turn your vision into great-looking challenge coins.
What is your turnaround time for coin orders?
Your custom challenge coins should reach you within 14 to 17 days after you place your order.
Is rush service available?
Due to the production and shipping times required, generally no. But be sure to let your customer service representative know when you need your coins, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
What file formats do you require for artwork?
We accept files in jpg, png, gif, ai, eps, psd, pdf, doc, xls and ppt formats. We always prefer vector art rather than raster, but we can accept raster art of at least 300 dpi.
What is your minimum order quantity?
Our minimum order is 50 coins. On orders of 300 or more, we don’t charge a mold fee.
How thick are the coins?
Our standard custom coins are 2.9 millimeters. We also offer 4 mm coins as an option for a small additional charge.
How are the coins packaged?
Each coin is packaged in an individual PVC coin sleeve. Upgraded packaging is available.
